Placing an Order

How to Order through this website:

Select the product you require by clicking on the image or "Buy Now" button. Items can be viewed via each category.
Fill in the quantity required and click the "Add to cart" button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
You may then click "View Cart" to finalise your order or "Continue Shopping" to continue purchasing other items.
At any stage, you can click the "View Cart" or "Checkout" buttons within the Shopping Cart summary box (top right corner of site) to finalise your order.
To finalise your order, you will be taken through to our log in page. There are different options to proceed:
Existing Customer: If you are already set up in our database, please enter your username and password and click "Continue". Your contact and delivery details will appear on your order form for you to finalise your order and payment.

Guest Checkout: You do not need to be registered in our system to purchase from us (although it does save you entering your details every time you order from us). Please enter your email address and click "Continue" to proceed to the order form. Your contact, billing and delivery details will need to be completed prior to submitting your payment.

New User Registration: This option allows you to enter your email, username and password prior to completing your order. Once your order is finalised, your details will be stored in our system for future orders. On your return, please proceed to check out via "Existing Customer".
Once your details are finalised, click "Submit".
Once your order has been submitted, it is automatically sent through to our warehouse for packing and dispatch. An order confirmation will be emailed to you for reference.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard, Diners Club and American Express and payment by Paypal. We do not accept Cheques, Money orders or any other forms of payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed as Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Delivery Information

MCG Superstore Online merchandise is dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and sent by courier allowing for orders to be fully tracked. Once your order has been placed, please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia and 14-21 working days delivery overseas, depending on the destination.

Delivery Charges:

Please note delivery costs apply and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout.

We require a physical delivery address to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of your order. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery destination. This is due to the size of packaging as well as the need for a signature on delivery.

Australian Delivery Charges:

Orders 1kg and under: $9.90 inc. GST
Orders 1.01kg - 3kg: $13.95 inc. GST
Orders 3.01kg and above: $17.95 inc. GST

International Delivery Charges:

Orders 1KG or less: $19.90
Orders 1.01KG or more will be charged a base rate of $19.90 with an additional $4.00 per half kilo.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. Please ensure you or someone else is home to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, please enter a business address for daytime delivery.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 working days after the delivery date indicated and this is due to any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

Returns and Refunds

We want you to enjoy your MCG Superstore Online merchandise as soon as you receive your order. Please choose your items and sizing carefully!

If your clothing item does not fit on arrival, we are happy to exchange the sizing for you. Please return the garment with a copy of your invoice / receipt to the following address:

If we cannot replace your garment with your required size, an alternate design will be offered. Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund. Please return garments by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended that you email us prior to returning an item(s) so we can expect your parcel.

To purchase merchandise while at the MCG simply go to the MCG Superstore which is located inside Gate 3 on Level 1. The store is open during events and on non-event days between 10am-5pm.

There are also 7 merchandise outlets located around the concourse which operate on event days only selling event related merchandise items.
